St Patrick's Shouldn't Have Rubbish Bins

I think St Patrick's shouldn't have rubbish bins because......

First of all people are lazy to put their rubbish in the bins so they throw it on the ground and the school gets dirty.

Secondly when people throw rubbish in the bin the seagulls throw some of it out.

Lastly, the wind blows the rubbish out of the bins.

That's why I think St Patrick's shouldn't have rubbish bins.
